With both of us coming from a health, fitness, and wellbeing background, we already appreciated the benefits of hot and cold therapies. We have always tried to use saunas in health centres when we can, but after enjoying\n a sauna tent session that was set in nature we decided that was the way to go. It had all the usual physiological benefits but the fact it was located in a natural setting seemed to have a greater impact on us. From that\n point, we wanted to offer other people the opportunity to have a similar experience and <\/span>enjoy the maximum\n benefits possible from sauna therapy. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
