Highland Hot & Cold is a family run business making hot and cold therapy more accessible through sauna tent and ice pod hire, health and wellbeing community and corporate events, special occasions, private functions, and wellness adventures.
Our Story
With both of us coming from a health, fitness, and wellbeing background, we already appreciated the benefits of hot and cold therapies. We have always tried to use saunas in health centres when we can, but after enjoying a sauna tent session that was set in nature we decided that was the way to go. It had all the usual physiological benefits but the fact it was located in a natural setting seemed to have a greater impact on us. From that point, we wanted to offer other people the opportunity to have a similar experience and enjoy the maximum benefits possible from sauna therapy.
